EAST POINT, GA.- The City of East Point, Georgia will host the 2018 SeeClickFix Spring Workshop. The event brings together local government leaders to share innovative ways of improving citizens’ customer experience. The workshop will be held at the Holiday Inn & Suites Atlanta Airport-North Hotel from May 22-23, 2018.

“I believe each resident brings great value to our City, their block, and their neighborhood,” said East Point Mayor Deana Holiday Ingraham. “I look forward to sharing our SeeClickFix experiences and learning from others.”

“This is a great forum for successful local government leaders to learn from each other. I’m blown away by the creative ways customers use their data to do better,” said SeeClickFix CEO, Ben Berkowitz. The two-day event will explore:

  • Developing a customer service, data-driven approach to effective and efficient citizen services.
  • Managing citizen communications before, during, and after hurricanes and other disasters.
  • Using citizen request data to deploy limited resources for the greatest impact.
  • Encouraging residents to become engaged citizens via 311 citizen request systems.

The full agenda of the workshop is available online here.
