Ms. Hayse has been with the ARC for 20 years and has been Transportation Planning Division Chief since 1998. She leads a 25-member staff in the transportation planning division covering transportation modeling, model applications, and both long and short-range policy and programming. Under Ms. Hayse's tenure, the ARC's Regional Transportation Plan has undergone four major updates.
